AURRA commits itself to the country of origin and does not brand the products AURRA therefore not giving the end user to determine the actual country of origin of the product he is buying.

Aurra provides comprehensive consultancy services from specific ironmongery issues to consultancy services on complete project. We also assist in providing consultancy services in sourcing ironmongery items that are not available in the local market.

Specific Issues

Specific issues could include cost effective solutions for replacing non functioning items in existing buildings. Alternate solutions for products which do not comply with code or supply are delayed by the local supplier effecting the handover of projects. After handover there could be issues on specific doors due to the location of the door which need specialised solutions to sort out the problem in relation to that door.

Consultancy On Complete Project

Aurra has the capability to provide consultancy service for complete projects to ensure items are proposed that match project specifications, the proposed products meet the requirements of the fire life safety codes prevalent in the country, coordination between the client, consultant, contractor, subcontractor’s to ensure smooth delivery. Create a master key hierarchy and ensure that the cylinders are supplied to the project based on the approved master key schedule.

Design Services

Aurra has the capability to work on designing the ironmongery required for a project based on floor plans, door schedule, items selected by designer, finish desired and fire, life, safety code requirements keeping an eye on budgetary constraints. This would include advising on products available in the market sourcing products not available in the market eqvivalent designs.

Value Engineering Services

Aurra can provide value engineering services by proposing alternate sources of ironmongery or alternate solutions to existing designed ironmongery without compromising quality.
